Symphonia is parish administration software built specifically for Orthodox Christian parishes. We exist because the church deserves software that respects how parishes actually work — not generic CRM tooling, not nonprofit-management software, not church-of-the-week SaaS.
The work the church does
A parish is many things at once: a register of sacraments going back generations, a household-by-household stewardship office, a publisher of bulletins and liturgical calendars, a coordinator of volunteers, a custodian of sermons and music. Software for the church has to honour all of this — without flattening it into rows of data.
How we build
We build with parishes, not for them. Our priority list is set by what rectors and parish councils actually struggle with — not by what's easy to build or what gets us into industry analyst reports.
We move at the rate of trust. New features go through trials with real parishes before they're broadly released. We don't ship to deadlines; we ship when something genuinely improves the work of running a parish.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your parish data, or share it with third parties for marketing.
- We don't take a percentage of donations.
- We don't add AI features that put the church's voice into the hands of a model.
- We don't push features that require parishioners to download an app to stay connected.

Symphonia is a product of Ancient Designs LLC, founded by Orthodox Christians who have served on parish councils, kept sacramental registers, and watched too many fellow parishes wrestle with spreadsheet sprawl. We're a small team. You'll hear back from real people when you write to us.
