A full picture of every household's gift.

Pledge cards, gifts, capital campaigns, and IRS Publication 1771 statements. All in one place. With one number that matters: zero percent taken from the donation.

We don't take a cut.

Symphonia is a parish administration platform. We charge for that. We do not also tax your donations — not when your parishioner gives by Stripe, not by check, not by cash. The full gift goes to your parish (minus Stripe's own processing fee, which goes to Stripe, not us).

The math is simple. We make money on parish subscriptions. We are not aligned with extracting more from gifts.

Pledge cards, online or paper.

Open a pledge campaign for the year. Households submit pledges:

  • Through the parishioner portal (with optional Stripe auto-payment setup)
  • By returning a paper card that staff enter in the studio
  • Imported from your previous platform via CSV

Each pledge is parameterized by amount, frequency (annual / monthly / quarterly / weekly), fund (general / building / missions / etc.), and start date.

Pledge fulfillment, tracked in real time.

As gifts come in (Stripe, check, cash), the system attributes them to the pledge automatically. Your dashboard shows:

  • Total pledged vs. total received vs. percentage fulfilled
  • Lapsing pledges (active pledge with no gift in 90+ days) — flagged for follow-up
  • Stewardship trend over the last 5 years
  • Top-of-mind households who haven't pledged this year

IRS Publication 1771 statements, generated for you.

In January, click "Generate all" on the receipts page. Every household with at least one gift in the prior year gets a Symphonia-rendered statement:

  • Parish letterhead with EIN
  • Itemized gifts by date, amount, fund, and method
  • The required "no goods or services were provided in exchange for these contributions" boilerplate
  • Year-end total in bold
  • Emailed or mailed at the household's preference
"Every January my predecessor mailed out 200 envelopes by hand. We sent them all in 4 minutes."

Capital campaigns separately.

A building fund or icon screen campaign is tracked separately from the annual stewardship — with its own pledges, fulfillment tracking, donor wall, and reporting. Donor recognition tiers (Patron / Steward / Builder) drive the public donor wall on your parish site.
